Help for my survival father's property

My father had land and a house in village. Hello was working as talati and was collecting kandaya from villagers and paying to Government. One of his assistant deceived him and told the amount given to him for paying to Government was not given at all. So he had to sell all his property and came to Belgaum and settled working in a shop as clerk. When he was in the village he had given some land for temple. In return whether I will get any land from the government for my livelihood. I am his daug

Dear Sir,

It seems your father given the land to the temple free of cost and voluntarily. Please check the documents has to in whose names the temple land is standing. Further check whether your father had executed any valid Gift Deed etc in favour of temple. If no valid document executed by your father then get back your land. But you cannot get any compensation from the Government.
