Hello sir nMy age was 25yrs old inhad married to a person on 2021 may 28th on the frst day we came to know that he had some personal weakness on sex and sycopath personality so we filled a case 498a ,506 case on Oct 2021 now the case went recently to the court know they are planning to spoil my student life so that I can't get any sort of govt job by doing fir on me is it possible to do for on me I had total evidence against them.it spoil my carrier kindly help me sir if fir filled what action we can take against them
hi can you please share the copy of FIR which was registered based on a complaint made by you and even if they file FIR u can file quash petition in high court to quash the same on the ground that it was filed to harass you
