Having Issues my my Mother in law side

Can i get divorce after 6 months of marriage? My mother in law is creating more troubles and has used my offensive language .So, am planning for divorce but my husband is not agreed.

You need to do some homwork for seeking divorce from your husband. Will advise you to seek a detailed consultation initially and formulate a strategy going forward. You have other legal remedies also to avail before divorce

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can always file complaint against him and his family members under the DV act. As far as the divorce is concerned it’s better to go for mutual one but if the situation is not favourable then you have to file for the same. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes you can get divorce even within 6 months of your marriage according to section 14 provided that your case is one of exceptional hardship to you or exceptional depravity on the part of your spouse on the discretion of court. Thanks n b in touch
