If you are under a fear that she might file a case against you and get you arrested then you can always file for an anticipatory bail before the magistrate according to your jurisdiction. But it will all depend on which section of IPC she wants to file that is whether it's bailable or non-bailable. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
