harrasment of father in law to mother in law

my father in law is 74 years old and he is drinker and he works in temple as security guard. daily he drinks n speaks volguer to my mother in law husband and to me also. and comes to kill my mother in law. please sugest what case we have to file amd how

Your mother in law has to file a Crimnal complaint for domestic violence under sec 498A of Crpc and also can claim police protection. It is totally valid under law and it is clear that a wife can file domestic voilence case against her husband for physical and mental abuse.
