Harassments due to property dispute

I am abroad but my parents are alone back in India. My uncle(father's brother) and his son harassing my parents for a property dispute. He claimed that my father has no right on ancestoral property which court denied and we got our rights back and rented the place. Now my Uncle and his family is harassing my parents who are alone there. They filed a case with false allegations on them and the tenant. We have a lawyer dealing with this but I need to have a permanent solution. I am little worried as I am not with them, What best I can do being here in abroad?

since u have already hired a lawyer I dont understand what brings you here? plz clarify as you are into civil litigation or criminal? what kind of problems is uncle creating? then only I will be able to guide you properly. feel free to contact.
