Harassment of Parents by Son for money and property.

01-Feb-2024 (In Family Law)
My parents are being harassed by my elder brother. Recently my father had an heart attack and treated with two stents. This happened just because of my elder brother. Sometimes he threatens to kill my parents and me. He is making our life hell. Mostly he does all this stuff during night time in drunken condition. Please advice what can be done legally. He usually says he is having police, advocates and judges on his sides and we cannot do anything.

Your father can evict your brother from the house and file an application seeking directions for security, and also, for restricting your brother from entering the house. What you must also do is call the police when your father is harassed. Make sure to gather evidence.

the first step is to file a complaint with the police so that at least the initiation can be done. one who says that having police , advocate and judge is someone's pocket then in Delhi that cannot be done. these people can be on the side of the honourable MP or the people who are in the ministerial level.
