They can file a case for maintenance against his son. They can file cheating case against daughter-in-law and son taking into consideration of entire episode. Since they are patients then it is difficult. Who will take care them. It is big question .

Hi
First and foremost in a house belonging to parent's, the son or daughter in law cannot claim any right and more so daughter in law cannot claim the house as being a shared house hold.
Your uncle and aunty can file a discharge petition in the dvc court or file a quash petition in high court u/s 482 cr.p.c
Your uncle or aunty (if any of them are above 60 years of age) can also file counter case against the daughter in law under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 in the district court and ask for protection order(protection order includes residential orders)
Hope this information is useful.
