Harassment by son to his old mother,who is sick & B.P. & heart patient

After my husband death,my unmarried son abuses me & forcely compel me go away from this house. He forcely takes money from me everyday & smokes &( nsha).He daily threats me kill, I'm old person. That is why I've,B.P.& heart patient.I'm pensioner. He doesn't any work.What should I do?

you must file a case against your son under senior citizen act against his misconduct and harrassment. you can also claim maintenance and injunction order against him that he cannot dispossess you from the house. for more detailed discussion you can contact me for the same.

you have right to file complaint against your son in the court of of law and you have also right to file suit for permanent injunction against your son you can also adop penal provision against your son which is very effective in the eyes of law
