Harassment by police complaints

Dears, I am doctor currently pursuing specialization and i am married to a doctor too. My wife's brother is also married and he went to kuwait in Oct 2018 and working there, leaving his wife with her parents, with mutual consent. He started paperwork to take his wife and son to gulf in 2020. However, because of corona, the kuwait government stopped issuing new visas from 12th March 2020. His wife and her parents are torturing and harassing him over phones because he is not taking her. However, he cant take her because kuwait government has stopped issuing visas. So, his wife and parents have approached police station and complained on me, my wife, my father-in-law and mother-in-law. Note that my father-in-law and mother-in-law live with me as they are old and need medical assistance and attention, suffering from various multiple medical issues such as diabetes, cabg, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, paralysis, brain clots and infarctions, broken leg in 3 different places, etc. We
