Harassment and exploitation by boyfriend, what action can be taken?

My boyfriend and his family used me financially for their benefits and in their times of need. He on the pretext of making false promises of marriage used me physically emotionally financially and established himself career wise. Now after wasting 4 years of my Lyf he says will not marry me by making false allegations. This is his fraudlant behavior. How to deal with this?

to put the due pressure on your boyfriend, you have to proceed by criminal law instead of civil law. rest you have not cleared the facts over here. As per your this query you have very good grounds against them. it is pertinent to mention here that women laws are very strict in india, thus suggested please proceed
