Guardianship for a minor child

I gave my place to someone on rent. Now their relative's daughter who is below 18 come here to live with them for her schooling/studing purpose. Can I as a landlord permit for that or I required a guardianship certificate from that rented family.

you should not afraid when you're very well known and assured that she is relative of telented family. however you want to feel more secure yourself you should advise are ask your tenant to give an affidavit in this effect and or ask the police verification of the girl.
