My friend have given 10 lac to my brother on my guarantee but my brother not given back i dont have any paper evidence,but have eyewitnesses what i should be done now
You and your friend together can make an attempt to recover. Let your friend send a notice to both of you narrating the facts. Wait and see what your brother does. Then let your friend file a suit for recovery. you give witness for your friend.
