When a person bequeathed some properties in his will, it will devolve upon those beneficiaries according to the terms of the will. For the other properties it would be considered intestate and it will be go to the heirs according to the rules of Hindu succession Act.

Hello,

whatever the property included in WILL - those property should be segregated as per WILL written by your granpa.

Other properties - all the legal heirs can get their shares. .
