Govt job attestation form and pending case

21-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
Sir/madam, nRecently I have acquired a govt job and right now I have received an attestation form where I need to fill a column that mentions "is there any case pending against you in the court of law ?". Now, I have a family dispute ongoing. My parents are fighting a divorce case and my father's mother is involved in it too. Although we have never resided together my grandmother (father's mother) has falsely filed a case seeking protection and relief under domestic violence act and my mother and I are respondent number 1 & 2 respectively.y question is will this case prove detrimental for my govt job? Willi be terminated ? What should I mark in the pending case column (yes or no). Pls guide.

you must mention about the case in the attestation form. decition will be taken by the appropreate authority by considering the case againest you. but if you don't mention the case againest you then it will obviously effect your credentials for the job.
