Got Call from CAW cell and asked to appear in the cell

I have got call from CAW cell, asked me to come at said date. When I asked for complaint copy they said they cannot share the same, I stay in different city (2000km) My wife on email few months back said she wants mutual divirce, which I agreed to. We are staying apart for last 1 year. She doesn’t pick my call. Then what can be her objective to file this complaint. What should I do? How to respond to CAW queries.

Attending the CAW meeting is not compulsory if you are staying too far from her parental home. And as far as the complaint is concerned she must be guided by her well wishers that if she files a complaint then she can get maintenance. You have got an option to approach the court and file an application under section 9 and attach the mail in which she demanded mutual divorce. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a max of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

don't worry go to the CAW cell and tell everything that you both agreed for mutual divorce and then you can contact any lawyer. The lawyer will contact her and file a case of mutual divorce. If she says she doesn't want to give divorce then also lawyers have other legal ways for you.

Dear sir Firstly you don't want to skip the CAW cell dates as it will give the police a reasonable opportunity to lodge an FIR against you and even book you for not joining the investigation at a later state. Well, as mentioned by you that you reside about 2000km away, in that case a legal representative with an authority letter may attend those proceedings on your behalf and explore the possibilities of settlement with your wife. First of fall you hire an advocate & all the facts related your matrimonial life share with your advocate. what is the main reason your differences why she going home. If you and your wife not understanding the file a divorce case.
