giving mental distress and trying to forcefully marry

My girlfriend is being misbehaved with by her family members, she is being beaten up, her parents are locking her in a room. she can't do anything. what can i do for that please tell me

Don't worry ! You can go and register an FIR in the nearest police station. By the help of a lawyer you can prepare a proper FIR so that it stands in the court. FIR will be registered under various sections of the ipc such as wrongful confinement, criminal intimidation, criminal assault, hurt etc. But proper legal advice can be given only after talking to you about the case in brief. There can be more solutions to your problem but to give proper remedy call us.
