Girls family threatening to file case if not married to her

Dear Sir, My Brother's marriage will be going to held on 4th Dec 2017. Today we had a word with our Pandit about the Marriage pooja and functions, We got to know from our Pandit that Bride is Mangalik. As my family follow this so we have asked the Bride family that we won't be able to marry your girl as she is mangalik and Girls family lied us this fact. If Girl's family will file a case against us, How we can win the battle or what are the legal options. Please suggest
Dear go to the mahila thana with your pundit and call the girls side there only with. Girls horoscope. Then in front of the police only make the things clear . As the reason will be in front of the police too.

Firstly, if you wish to you can withdraw from marriage, but please mention one thing to the other side that you are ready to give all expenses which they spent otherwise there could be a civil as well as criminal also under section 420 of IPC.

You should have inquired about the manglik character of a bride from Pandit, before fixing a date of marriage, as it is a great loss of money and reputation for them. Best advice can be given only after listening the whole history behind it and its legal course / option totally depend on listening whole history and the legal action taken by bride side.
