Dear Sir, Just neglect her threatenings. You dealt with girl friend who has all rights to do like that and you must be very careful in detailing with such girls. Just disconnect all connections with her and she cannot do anything. If any complaint is lodged then get anticipatory bail and then approach High Court for quashing such FIR and follow the below given guidelines.  Tell Her Face-to-Face With modern technology, ending a relationship via email or text may seem like the safest option to avoid an emotional scene. File a complaint first. In cases like this complaint plays a very important role and this means that you have approached the system with clean hands. Further once you have filed the complaint the police will take action and later in trial you have to prove the allegations that you have made.

Reach the police station and file a formal complaint with assistance of advocate so that you will get some protection and records will be there in favour of you , in future if she files false cases you can counter easily with these proofs
