Girlfriend harassing me mentally and forcing me to stay with her

My gf hs been torturing me. She abuses me all the tym talking bad things abt my parents. If i dont go by her rules, she calls up my friends and abuses them thereby humiliating me. She threatens to commit suicide every time. She is a psycho and needs medical attention. I informed her parents, but they don’t care. She is arrogant and skilled liar. She has assaulted me number of times even in front my friends and the society. I informed the police, but they couldn’t do anything as she lied and it was middle of the night and there was no lady police officer. My society asked me to vacate the apartment. I am facing lot of embarassment and being harassed mentally. She even forces me to stay in living with her and threatens me if I don’t do so, then she would forcefully come and stay at my place.

Your's is a live in relationship at this point of time and as such both of you are not legally married.
So , as a grown up adult, you should be able to resolve it by breaking up with the girl
there is no law on break up's in relationship as both of you are not legally wedded.
If you have substantial evidence of the girl assaulting you or insulting you or intimidating you or defaming you, you may choose to file cases against the girl or a simple defamation case against the case and break the relationship.

As per your information whether you have interest in her if so you continue to be friend even though she harassed you. If you want to quit from her life you say one thing perfectly to her, not enter you life. You can complain the same to police. You know without your permission if any body enters you house or apartment it amounts tress pass and a criminal case can be filed against tress passers and it is punishable offence under I.P.C.
