Girlfriend family is not willing

Me and my girlfriend is madly in love with and want to marry each other.but her family is not willing they blocked her from seeing me and toke her phone so we can't contact each other what will we do

If both of you are above 18 years, then we can file a writ of habeas corpus before the Hon'ble High court and get an order for releasing her from her parents custody. I can help you to file the writ and once the case is filed, the court will direct her parents to produce her before the court. then she can choose to come with you and thereafter there will be no more issues.

Appropriate remedy is to file a habeas corpus Writ before High Court. If she still wish to come with you inspite of the brainwashing of their parents u ve a chance of getting her back. But when brought to Court if she refuses to join with u..u will ve to accept the reality and move on with ur life.

for this you can either file a haebeus Corpus Corpus in the High Court Ashish under the custody and she is not allow to speak to anybody else and she is put into custody and asking to produce a before the court and she is put under the custody without her consent or you can file and 97 petition in the criminal court to produce her
