Girl promised to marry now refusing what action can I take

i am 28 years male and in a relationship with a girl for over 10 years. we both love each other and we were both ready to marry. we had physical relationship many times. now she is betraying me for not marrying me. she used me a lot. and now she want to marry some one else. i cant bear this and i am in a big depression. i can do anything to me. can i lodge a complaint against her?? please help me.
well there is no law on this issue to compel any body for marriage pTiculsly.the present case it. if then you hAve to think earlier.to this. now only.solution.I'd get settled.the matter..mutually.

There are no grounds for filing any complaint against her. In case you can prove breach of Contract of Marriage from the facts of your case a civil suit can be filed. Whether such a suit can be filed or not can only be ascertained after detailed discussion on facts of the case and documents with you.
