I am getting a regestry mareg in kolkata with my gf but know she mared other parson whiteout any information. So i leave in assam .can I get registry mareg in my assam stet.fast mareg is Kolkata. What can I do
Please be informed that in India without taking divorce one cannot re marry. If at all the person is doing so it will be treated as live in relationships. First of all for your safety please go to the area police station and lodge a general diary that you had been defrauded by the woman. At the time of marriage you was not aware of the first marriage of your wife. It will save you from getting charged in lieu of adultry under IPC and then please file a suit for dissolution of your marriage.
