Girl being forced to marry, what can she do

a girl whom age is only 18.5 year. who dont want to getting marriage, but her family has fixed her marriage without her permission. and forced her for this relation. what can she do?

A girl who are 18 she is major and she takeup every decision related her life. If anyone doing forcefully act with her it means he commit a offence. Even family members or parents also not doing forcefully her marriage to a person she not like. If they do than she have right to file application in concern police station or sdm.

जैसाकि आपने बताया कि लड़की व्यस्क है और उसको जबर्दस्ती उसकी इच्छा के विरुद्ध विवाह हेतु दबाव डाला जा रहा है, तो ऐसी परिस्थिति में वह लड़की निकट के पुलिस स्टेशन पर इसकी शिकायत दर्ज करा सकती है। वह लड़की चाहे तो सिर्फ 100 नम्बर डायल कर फोन पर ही शिकायत दर्ज करा सकती है या फिर "वूमन पावर हेल्पलाइन" पर भी शिकायत दर्ज करा सकती है।
