Gift deed is partially registered - property still in grandfather name

My only son made my FIL to make a gift deed in his own name in 2019, FIL was 95 years old, he passed away in 2021, son got married 2022 , has a girl child in 2023, my husband passed away in Jan 2024, after which my son put me out of the house, his wife went back to her hometown due to the constant quarrels for money. Son committed suicide in March 2024, under pressure and depression of this situation

You have to consult local Advocate in person showing all the documents and giving detailed narration of family background and in the meanwhile you have to collect the relevant documents. If necessary file a case against FIL to get back the property which is standing in his name on the basis of Gift Deed much work is needed to be done in your case.
