Getting the old daughter from old age home by very old mother/ sisters

My sister is 57 years, by birth mental growth is not there. Her husband expired in covid. She is with son. Darter in law is a psycho, torturing her a lot. But my sister can not express, recently she was kept in an orphanage. When we asked her to allow us to take care of her or to put in a good old age home, without financial burden to them, they are not accepting. They are asking grand mother proper to give on paper. Can we take any legal support to save my sister

You can file both criminal and civil case against the daughter-in-law against the cruelty and taking the custody of your sister. Approach any lawyer to help you with the drafting of the complaint and the petitions.
