Get a divorce decree . already have a divorcee deed

Got a divorce deed in 2017 through notary
Did not have any child in the pervious mairrage
I now remarried
My ex husband is also remaired
For certain purpose a divorce decree is neeed and there is. Deadline to submit it.
How can divorce decree be obtained as early as possible?

you must have to file a suit in family court regarding divorce deed. First i want to know the cast of the parties. where r u from u and ur ex husband and now he is support u? if u want more answer contcht with me.

divorce deed in not legally valid and cannot be used anywhere for any purpose. you will have to file consent divorce petition before family court and get decree from the court. do not mention about divorce deed as it may cause difficulties in getting decree of divorce. if your husband agrees go for consent decree immediately without wasting further time as you have already wasted sufficient time
