Fraud by girl and her family .She married twice .

I tied knot with the girl according to hindu customs in December2018 later on in 2020 came to know that she was already married to another person in September 2017.What can I do and also how much time its gonna take to get justice?
You can file a petition in the family court seeking declaration to nullify your marriage. This will take atleast one year as you have to show the evidences to the court regarding the first marriage of your wife.
