Forcefully entered my house when am out of station and throwed all my

My in-laws broke my house lock and entered into my house when am out of station and throwed all my things out from my house n locked. Threatening me that going to that house for rent.What to action to be taken and how to get my things and home back

You can file a police complaint before the all women police station against all those involved in illegally evicting you from the matrimonial home. You can can claim right to residence. In addition you can also file domestic violence case in the court.
