There are many such cases where the matrimonial like of a daughter is spoilt by her own mother. In your case you need to file a petition for custody in the court situated in the place where your daughters are residing now. The terms of visitation will be decided by the court. You can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in the court situated at where you are residing.

Sir as per the settled position of law, normally mothers are granted court's permission to have custody of girl children upto the girl children's 18 years of age. In extraordinary circumstances court may allow fathers to have the physical custody of girl children. Regarding visitation rights, you have all the rights to visit your children including taking them to your normal place of residence.
