Flat bought on wife name and she left me since 1 year

Dear Sir, I bought flat on my wife name only but at the time of booking i have transferred Booking payment 8 lakh in her account. Then remaining home loan EMI done from her account as she is working in Bank. I am living with my parents in flat and she left me due to family dispute and living with her parents since last 1 year. What will happen now during legal proceedings in court for divorce and who will be owner of flat ?

hello first property already purchased only his wife now property transfer to your name his consent with you otherwise file to Institute civil suit proper jurisdiction court or file to divorce petition and in issue impressive of property dispute.
