First wife left me without reason i did 2nd marriage without divorce

Sir meri first shadi 2002 m hui thi. Jis ladki se shadi hui wo usne usk. Father k pressure m ki thi or 3-4 saal m wo muje chod k chli gai or divorce jesa kuch bhi proper case nh hua hmara. 2008 m mene dusri shadi ki jo abi present m h to kya ye dusri shadi valid h?
Dear apki dusari saadi valid nahi he, Indian law me pahali wife ke jinda rahate ya bina divorce ke ap dusari shadi nahi kar sakate. apki dusari shadi galat he even apki dusari wife apse ya apki property me bhi apna haq nahi jata sakati he. isliye pahali wife ki consent or usase talak hone ke bad hi ap dusari shadi kar sakate he. ha agar apka religion muslim hota to usame ak se jyada shadi ki ja sakati thi. apki dusari shadi pahali wife ke sath dhoka he.

No.with out taking divorce your second marriage.is not.valid..if she.has.not moved application for.seeking. divorce you could have.gone.for it. You van still move.this application .you have.not.mentioned about I.service.

Nhi sir apki dusari shadi valid nhi hogi kyuki first marriage apki abhi bhi exist kr rahi hai according to hindu marriage law because of this reason second marriage is void she will get no rights which a legally married wife would have.

The second Marrige is not vallied till the time you will not get the Divorce , You can file the divorce, though she is abscond from couple of years , so you will get the decree soon.
