Is is legally mandatory for child to provide financial support to aged parent if he/she does not want anything to do with them or ask for any financial or property from parents. nnJust wants to split and live alone without any legal financial obligation!! Is it possible ?

unfortunately the law is such that you would be responsible for the maintenance of your parents in case they are not able to maintain themselves. Tanmoy Chattopadhyay M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi) Advocate High Court, Calcutta

yes it is mandatory if the child doesnt provide the same the child can be thrown out of the entire property share by the parents and the child can never claim it back now the point is simple when the child was young if his or her parents did the same with the child how would the child would have felt
