Financial and property issue with husband even after 4 years of marria

i m married for 4 years. My husband doesn't bear entire expenses towards home, me and child. He kept delaying things intentionally so I being working have to spend my money to fulfill home needs, my needs as well as my child needs. Even we have child yet my husband gave his ancestral property to his elder brother fully. Besides above my husband asked me share 50% home loan emi, purchased post marriage, which m giving sincerely. Pls tell me my rights on above issue and advise suitable resource.

Respected madam you stated that your marriage 4years Beck and now your husband doesn't bear all expenses towards home needs .if you working woman first of all you file a mentinance for children and also file a domestic violance case against the husband and file a civil suit regarding the property.
