Financial abuse by husband, asking me money

Hi, I am married since 2 year n mother of 4 month old son. Since beginning my husband does bear my personal expense saying I am capable of. He wants me to pay half of each expense which I am not willing to do. He is forcing me to give my earned salary to him ? Please suggest how I should handle this situation.

Respected madam you stated that your husband wants you bear the your self expense and also he wants you give the your earned money . now you can move the complainant to the police for harrsing and and illegal demand .

Hi, Legally he cannot force you to give money to him for expenses as it’s the husband who have to maintain the family, but it’s between the husband and wife who bears the expenses and how to make financial arrangement in the family. Money doesn’t matter if he take care of you and the child, you should contribute if he needs the help. Thanks Ramit Sehrawat Advocate

Madam do you want that you s hould not contribute any thing from your dide to meet house hold expenses and you only eat the fruits grown by your husband? You are mistaken very badly. Now a days both husband and wife bear all liabilities of a house hold and thy both are equally responsible for the same. you both should equally bear the house running cost along with the child's expenses.
