FILING LEGAL SUIT AGAINST A PERSON WORKING IN ABROAD

Dear Sir How to file a legal suit against a person who is working in overseas. Overseas address not known. Only having his email and WhatsApp number. His family in India. Do we need to wait until he arrives India. If it takes 3 to 4 years, should we wait. What are the Legal Procedures to file a legal suit, in such case. Kindly clarify

Without knowing one's whereabouts it is impossible to reach him to serve summons. Show his Indian address for filing. You can file a suit with the last known address of the defendant. If he owns any property in India you can attach his property to realise the decree amount.
