Filing habeas corpus against own parents

Sir/Mam I am 19 years old female. I want to move out after graduation at 22.i fear my parents will stop me from moving out. Theres also a threat to my life and safety after i move out. Can i file a habeas corpus writ petition against my parents in high court since i need protection while moving out from my parents and also a protection order or restraining order against them.

yes , you can do , but u can't file habeas corpus , rather u file a direction to seek protection from your family ..
first u must be major to file the petition and direction will be granted.. But most of the time police won't give effective protection
