File a case or notice against my boyfriend

I am in a relationship with a guy,these are almost 8 years we are together but suddenly before few days he got married with a another girl without telling me and after he said he is going to leave her and will marry me but now he is refusing his statement. Can i do anything against him?? I only want separation between him and his wife.
Its not about what you want or he wants. its about legality.
you can file a case in the pretext of cheating, fraud, etc. If physical then can be brought but I wont suggest it.
about him and his current wife, legally you cannot.
so for cheating and fraud, yes you can. rest is not possible.
