FATHER MAINTENANCE CASE under sec 125 of ipc

Sir nMy father Wants to file maintenance case under section 125 ipc .my father age 53yrs.I and my brother govt employees. nMy mother living with me and my brother. nBut my father living another place without informing to my mother and me. nHe wants only money from me and my brother. nNow due to posting both me and my brother posted other state and my mother residing at permanent address. My mother have no problem but my father not wants to living with my mother and family. nHe wants only money because he drink and mind set only on money. nExpense on my study and my brother study done by help of my mother. nSir it is legally possible to file maintenance and take money individual parents. My mother happy with my brother and me and my mother also against my father.

your father wants maintenance from you illegally...so I think you will file a case from your mother against your father for maintenance under section 125 cr.p.c. nd you should file a application of domestic violence against your father..then u get rid of your father parmanently..

hello, yes he can if he is not able to maintain himself he can ask for maintenance, your mother father is your responsibility so if they are dependent on you and not able to maintain themselves so they can ask for maintenance u/s 125 crpc...for further details do contact..
