Father made gift deed to me but not a person claiming to be his son

Hi My father has done a gift deed of an agriculture land to me.Objection was filled by a person who claimed to be son of my fathers first wife but court has ordered mutation in my favor and order has been executed and this order is also entered in khatauni. Since other person is a local gunda and threatening us, due to that we are still not able to get possession. What Should be done for getting possession on the land.
First file a case with local police. You cant say that possesion is not with you, law recognise possesion equalent to title of the property. You have to contact a lawyer with full detail to help you get your land back.

You can file a police complaint along with court order with the request to provide security at the time taking possession of the land in the presence of revenue officials. Write to district magistrate and SDM also.

Since you've all the legal documents to prove your ownership upon the agricultural land gifted to you by your father, by despite that you're unable to take possession as the said property is encroached by goons, you should file a suit for possession in the concerned civil court having jurisdiction.
