Father left family 25 years ago how to get right over grandfather land

My father leave my family 25 years ago he dosent return and we dosent give any return complent to police station now we dosent know he is alive or dead my grandfather land is in village i want that land but we need death certificate of my father so how we gate that or any ather suggetion plz
Go to police station and lodge a missing complaint and mention it that ur father is missing since 25 year ago. This is only the solution for you. Or do one thing publish in news paper that he is missing that will also help for you.

You should have given a police complaint of missing of your father which would have been a proof of his date of missing but you do not have any secondly you did not advertise about his missing in news paper so you have no evidence of his date of missing.
