Father in law denying my husband's share

18-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
Hello my Father in Law recently received share for an ancestral property. The property belonged to Great Grandfather which was later divided on paper between 40 members. Grandfather passed away before claiming it. So now my Father in law is receiving his share. I have 2 questions: 1. Father in law is not giving share to my husband stating that he can only receive after his death. 2. In case my husband can claim share Father in law is not showing papers nor telling the amount.

Hello, Advocate Minakshi Ovhal-Dakhane here, you have to file partition suit before civil court. before filing suit you have to send them legal notice. if you have gat no. or sur. no. then we can issued 7/12 extract online also. then we get mutation entry documents on that bases documents you can file suit for partition.. Any further legal information you can call me. Thank you
