Father ignore son and gift property to daughter.

My father wants to gift his house to his daughter, which is reconstructed by me. i pay house EMI also i take care of financial, medial of Father, Mother, Sister and her child also. I claim my right on that house as it. My family is staying at the same house. i has tension about me and my family. please advise.
you have a share in all that properties that belong to your father. now that you claim to be paying the EMIs etc, you certainly have a stake in the same and need to show the court the same. you will have to challenge the gift deed if and when it is executed before someone else's name qppaears on the property card

You can claim rights in the property but it depends on the nature of the property i. e whether it’s an ancestral property or whether it’s a self acquired property. So for that I would need to know all the necessary facts and history of the property. Also, I would need to go through the documents of the property.
