Father doesn't look after me and my two sisters

Respect sir,nPlease pay attention here for a while.My father has married with another woman due to dispute between my mom and him. He settled somewhere in Mumbai now and doesn't even look after me and my two sisters and not even my mom. My grandparents helped them for such deed and they're regular in contact with them. Due to these family affairs, our studies got affected a lot now a days and we're suffering from past 1.5 years due to lack of money. Somehow we managed these years, but for now, it's going too difficult every day. Few days ago, my father told my grandparents to sell all his property land and send him the money. We can't take it anymore. May I have some better advise to bring ourselves to justice by civil court and to punish my grandparents and father, to think again such plans over my dead body. May you have any advice please???

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that first your mother has to initiate and have to take strong decision many aspects has to be seen as per your query it's already 1.5 years and any instance did your mother filed a complaint or any notice of section 9 or 13 has been received by anyone no details to whom the said property belongs for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents
