Father does not support financially.

I am from India. I am 16 years old. My brother is 13 years old. My sister is 10 years old. My father doesn't support us financially and lives in UAE. My mother and I want to file a case against him, but we do not know what to do. Kindly help.

aap 125 CRPC maintenance ka case file kar sakte hain Court mein ko aapki mother ko maintenance Court ke through mil jaega Chahe to aap Criminal Case bhi file Court mein Dal sakte hain aap kahan rahte hain Jyada Jankari ke liye aap mujhe call kar sakte hain

hi where you from in india. yes your mummy and you also file a case in india. for a maintenance and other relief. if your father not support you then your mother can file maintenance case against your father. and serve notice through ambassy of EMA
