father and son relation to settle dispute and protect against harm

due to some family dispute I want to get seperated away from my father . My family members are not allowing to do so . I dont want any of his property after death and or even if he names it after me . Is there any legal procedure to get seperated so my family members does not get legal right to stop me even if they use force on me ?

Hello Before suggesting solutions your problems and giving you appropriate advice I need to know your age?? because if you are not an adult then in India you don't have rights to leave your family but definitely you can put a complaint if you have been abused or harassed. mentally or physically.
