10-Jan-2024 (In Family Law)
Family settlement deed excuted by father to his sons and daughters for property distribution and registered. Is should be signed by all the sons and daughters mentioned in the deed ? even minor sons included in the family settlement deed ?, if Sons/daughters are not signed , only father signed ( thumb impression ) ? is deed is still valid ?

Dear Sir, In case of family settlement it has to signed by all the beneficiary and non beneficiaries. On behalf of minors their natural guardians may sign otherwise it may become complicated and unsatisfied member of the family may challenge the same before the Court after the death of the father.
