sir, I have married with my spouse and I register my marriage too..but now a problem is all of us said she's your sister..like how she's knowing myself means my mom sister got married one boy. which he's already having married.. I mean my mom sister got first married but he's already married one wife and she's gone away..1st wife having 2 children ..so I married 1st wife born girl ..is the marriage legal or not ? And what kind of relationship to me ?
Note : father is same in 2 wife and daughters too.
1.first wife having in 2 children ( I'm married 1st wife born girl)
2. Second wife which mean my mom sister having 2 children
Did not understand much as you have not explained the facts in your query properly , but the crux of your issue is that whether marriage to someone who is related to you is valid. I am supposing the marriage was registered under Hindu Marriage Act. As per the Hindi marriage act marriage is void if the two person are in prohibited relationship which means related by blood. A person cannot marry someone who is related to his mother for three generations and for five generations if related to his father. Marriage in such cases are null and void, which simply means marriage did not happen in the eyes of law and no divorce is required and person can simply obtain order of nullity from court and remarry.

you are not able to express exactly what you want to say about your case. Though what so ever I have derieved from your broken language is that you have married to the step daughter of your Mom's sister.
In case you are a hindu,yes she is your sister by law and convention as all step daughters are considered to be as read daughters of your mother' sister, & to whom you can not marry, but this is not in the case of Sikhs, Baudh, Muslims and Christians.
so please is you belong to any of these casts except Hindu by religion your marriage is valid but not in Hindus with an exceptions of traditions and customs. it means if in your family ever any person has married such a girl in same relation in past it will be treated as custom of your creed which is acceptable in Hindu religion also.
