Family Property Matters,If Son Says Give To In Written,Is It Right

1,madhu khosla,w/o late raj kumar khosla from Ambala city, haryana.I've 2 sons (1 married)1 daughter (married) My married son lives separately ,with his family,in one portion of this house,due to some violence reasons.The properly is in my name. Now he wants to construction one room on his ground floor room,on his spend.But he wants that I should give him in written that he has constructed this house on his spending money.one & half lac. Should I do it? Please tell me soon.

That doesn't make any sense, if u do this then he may claim in that property in future, but u hv right to expelled him from ur property if he is bothering u or doing violance or abuse u.. No one can force u to give him any share. But if u give him in written that he constructed that room then he is liable to ask money if u expelled him.
