Family property dispute. Property has been relinquished

my sister and I relinquished property in name of mother many years back. recently she took mom away and doesn't let anyone meet mom and sister abuses us . she brainwashed her and got will made. she tried selling property but we got stay order from court. how to win this case and prove her to be criminal.

As you have mentioned that you already got the stay order from the court and now you want a proper strategy for justice. I would like to suggest that you can claim the right in the property and prove your sister criminal under breach of trust. For every strategy and action please share the documents. Ma'am, you whole case will depend on the extent of the allegations that you are able prove before the court on the basis of documentary or oral evidence. It seems that you have only filed a injunction suit, it order to invoke criminal prosecution you will have to initiate a criminal case.
